Refund policy

We very rarely find anyone who is not satisfied with their purchase of Mondial 1908 shaving product, but just in case, have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns after 14 days may be authorized at our discretion and may be subject to a re-stocking fee or the refund issued in non-expiring store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene requirements, shaving brushes and razors which have been used cannot be returned unless defective. Razors for return must have the original cartridge with safety sticker intact. Brushes for return must not have been rinsed.

To start a return, you can contact us at servizio@mondial1908.us and provide your order number, full name and email address used to place the order. If your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return packages must use a tracked shipping service and tracking information must be provided prior to arrival in order to process return. Refunds for returns without tracking provided cannot be processed.

Cross border return shipments from Canada must be sent with all duties and custom charges be paid by the shipper. Failure to do so will result in restocking fees equal to the required duty and custom charge payments at the time of return delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pre-order or special order items or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). This non-returnable status will be made clear at the time of the order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted or while the return is in process, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact servizio@mondial1908.us if you have questions or would like to request special handling for your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds for returns without tracking provided cannot be processed. Please allow up to five business days following receipt of the return at our facility.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at servizio@mondial1908.us.
