Shipping policy

Standard Shipping Options:

  • USPS Standard Ground (1-10 business days)
  • UPS Standard Ground (1-6 business days)
  • Expedited Options Available at Checkout based on items selected
  • USPS 1st Class Package Intl.

In-stock items almost always ship within two business day after an order is placed and much of the time within one day. Occasionally, there may be a small delay before your order can ship and we will do our best to notify you of those delays. 

Our typical shipping option is standard ground shipping from USPS, but we do have expedited shipping options available as well. Most items will have a UPS flat rate parcel or priority shipping upgrade option. USPS may not be an available option for orders containing fragrance items with alcohol as a primary ingredient.

Additionally, certain items and orders above a certain price threshold may only have an option for UPS shipping to provide for more secure delivery options.

Please note that due to capacity changes with shipping carriers, we may alter these options at any time. Again, this is the world in which we live, but we're working every day to make sure shipments go as smoothly as possible. In those instances where there is a carrier delay beyond our control, we simply ask for your patience while we do our best to resolve those issues. 

If a period of seven business days passes with no updates on tracking for a shipment, we will consider the shipment lost and give you the option of a refund or continue to wait for the arrival as in many cases, the shipment does eventually arrive. In some circumstances, we may choose to re-ship the lost order at our cost and at our sole discretion.

Please use the next business day after the day the order is placed (Monday if placed on a Friday) as your shipping date to see what options are available for you using other services. Please note that these are estimated transit times and are in no way binding or guaranteed.

Please note: for international orders shipped to Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs duties and brokerage charges at the time of delivery. Refusal of delivery due to unexpected or high charges is not an acceptable reason for a return. Cross border return shipments from Canada must be sent with all duties and custom charges be paid by the shipper. Failure to do so will result in restocking fees equal to the required duty and custom charge payments at the time of return delivery.

We are currently experiencing extended delivery times for orders to Canada due to slow customs processing of packages into Canada. Delivery times could extend up to three weeks or more.
